We value and promote diversity in its broadest sense. Whilst respecting the client’s brief and core requirements, we encourage consideration of candidates from a range of backgrounds with differing styles and approaches. We believe this results in better balanced organisations and improves commercial performance, a view supported by independent research.
In today's challenging climate, when many seasoned non-executive directors are choosing to reduce their portfolios, the identification of new talent for non-executive roles, male and female, is essential to refresh the candidate pool.
Women are underrepresented in the boardroom. Through our Diversity Index we actively identify and advise senior women how to progress their careers through taking on non-executive roles.
The Diversity Index enables us to introduce new talent as well as experienced individuals when advising clients who are recruiting non-executive directors.
