Peter Kearney

Peter brings a wealth of recruitment expertise gained from working with some of the industry’s leading organisations, and joins as a co-founder of Talent in Demand which was launched in September 2010 to support our fmcg clients sales and marketing talent agenda.

Having started his career in marketing, Peter moved into recruitment in 2002 and has worked with Alexander Mann Solutions, Michael Page and Imprint Search & Selection. He has particularly strong sector expertise in FMCG and the wider consumer arena (travel & leisure, retail and media) although he has also worked in financial services supporting global banks and service providers with talent and resourcing solutions. With a clear focus on sales, category management, customer marketing and marketing, Peter has recruited at all levels from junior management through to board level.
 
Away from the office Peter is a sports and activities enthusiast with particular passion for rugby although 'hands on' involvement in this sport ended several years ago.  He also enjoys spending time with his family and experimenting in the kitchen with differing levels of success
