Open and transparent
Clients and candidates receive open and honest feedback and are kept fully appraised of progress, there are no 'nasty shocks' at any stage. We are not afraid to challenge or be challenged and often bring a fresh perspective.
Our fees are performance driven and fixed at the outset of a project, expenses are recharged only as incurred and at cost.
At all times, we will act with professionalism and integrity and provide client and candidate with 'best advice'. We never forget the importance of our ambassadorial role in representing our clients.

Relationship driven
Our business comes via referral or is repeat business. We are told this is because we are responsive, easy to work with and deliver. It is our aim to make the process as easy and enjoyable as possible for our clients without sacrificing thoroughness and rigour.
We understand the constraints on both client and candidate time and accommodate these wherever possible. However, we are also committed to delivering on time and ensuring momentum is maintained in order to maximise the chances of a successful placement.
We treat all candidates and clients with respect and courtesy, and endeavour not to be seen as simply 'fair weather friends'.

We are absolutely committed to doing the best possible job for our clients on each and every assignment. We understand that our reputation is only as good as the last project we complete and are determined to consistently exceed client and candidate expectations.
Orcid does not offer time-limited guarantees, but simply a total commitment to delivering a successful outcome, and to doing the right thing on the rare occasion when things do not work out as planned.

The time we spend at the outset of an assignment developing our understanding of the brief is critical to the success of the assignment, and enables us to provide an insightful analysis of candidate suitability for the role and fit with culture.
This helps us to achieve a placement rate well above the industry average and a higher number of successful placements as defined by length in role/progression within business.
