We believe in a transparent and performance-driven fee structure

  • Fees are fixed and agreed at the outset; there is no additional fee payable should the successful candidate be offered a higher than anticipated package
  • Fees are based on delivery and paid in three installments, on commencement, on presentation of an agreed shortlist, and once the preferred candidate accepts your offer in writing
  • There are no additional/hidden extra costs, expenses are charged as incurred and are kept to a minimum
