Through our team of experienced executive search Partners we work on a retained basis with clients to attract and develop talented individuals who make a difference and deliver results at board and senior levels.

With expertise across a number of consumer, business to business and service sectors, we provide executive and non-executive recruitment, individual assessment and personal development services working in close partnership with our clients. Our diverse client base includes listed global multinational corporations, private equity backed businesses, private and family owned companies and public sector/not for profit organisations.

Recent assignments include Chairman and NED; Finance, Marketing, Sales and HR Director appointments. We also provide advice and guidance to candidates seeking their next move or building a non-executive portfolio.

At board level we have a strong interest in improving diversity, providing support and advice to aspiring NED's, particularly women and individuals from other under-represented groups.
